I was pretty…. enamoured with Mr House.

Classy guy, called a spade a spade, knew what he was doing. I felt like working for him was what I’d been destined to do after the Chip got me shot and forced me into this mess.

He was smart, and capable, and he was the first person I’d ever met that made me want to prove myself. I got to replace Benny, which seemed like a pretty good kind of revenge. Not gonna lie, the absolute power he had at his disposal, I liked.

I would’ve stuck with him, too, but when we talked about his goals for New Vegas, something hit me like a ton of bricks and I realised I could do a better job.
